Jasper comes in dozens of different variations. Some varieties have very specific colors, patterns and characteristics but sometimes they are not as widely known as others and therefore do not go by one name. Although they may not be a widely known variety like Red Jasper or Ocean Jasper, all forms of Jasper have similar base properties as follows.
